Chandler Utilities operates water and wastewater utilities in and around the Town of Chandler, including parts of Boon, Campbell, and Ohio Townships.

Our Maintenance Facility provides emergency service 24/7, ensuring our customers get a timely response to true water/wastewater emergencies.

Utility facilities and systems are maintained and operated by qualified employees under the direct supervision of the Director of Public Services, with oversight by the Chandler Town Council. Our employees have more than three centuries’ worth of combined experience in the utility business; several hold state licenses in the industry; and nearly all attend continuing education, training, and trade conferences on a regular basis.

Chandler Utilities operates under State regulation, with the State of Indiana ensuring that water and wastewater utilities have sufficient manpower, funding, and equipment to effectively operate our systems. In addition, our systems meet or exceed state regulations for water quality, treatment, and discharge.

Chandler Utilities works diligently to maintain current infrastructure and equipment while continually planning for the future. We have several ongoing improvement and expansion projects to address aging infrastructure and accommodate residential and commercial growth.
