We wish to address an ongoing situation in our service area south of Jenner Road and east of Libbert Road.  Due to significant growth in that area, our team has been facing challenges maintaining normal water tank levels.  This issue, although temporary, caused us to reassess our current water usage policies.

We understand the importance of water for everyday household activities and the importance of maintaining lawns this time of year.  However, we kindly request all users to refrain from watering their lawns for the time being.  This minor change will help us ensure a steady water supply for everyone’s critical needs.

We are pleased to inform you that upgrades to our system are already underway.  These upgrades will significantly increase our capacity and mitigate the issue in the future.  We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work towards improving the water service in the area.

In the meantime, we encourage everyone to practice responsible water use and conservation and we greatly appreciate your cooperation.
