We understand the importance of communicating with you and ensuring that we keep you in the loop regarding events affecting the Town of Chandler and Chandler Utilities.  As a result, we have initiated a notification service called REACH Alert.  This service is free for you.

This service allows us to immediately share important information regarding a number of items, such as water line breaks, boil advisories, hydrant flushing, road closures/delays due to construction or accidents, leaf pickup routes, hazmat situations, AMBER/Silver alerts, police actions, and civic events.

We will only send you alerts for real issues; we will not overload you with messages.  You will only get alerts that pertain to your address.  You will not receive alerts that aren’t for your area.

If you don’t register, we can’t share this important information with you.  You decide if you want a text message, voice call, or an email.  Each household can register up to four phone numbers and four email addresses.  All you need to do is:

1. Go to reachalert.com and click on MY ACCOUNT.
2. Select CREATE ACCOUNT.
3. Follow the prompts and enter your preferred contact information.
4. Network Name: Chandler (click on our name when it appears).
5. Select Resident or Business
6. Enter your address and click on it when it appears in the drop-down list.

If you opted to receive text alerts, Reach Alert will send a text message to your cell phone immediately upon completion of your registration.  Please enter the 4-digit number on the registration screen and then click the word VALIDATE.  If you do not receive this message, please call Reach Alert.
